4. HOW YOU CAN WITHDRAW YOUR CONSENT

You can withdraw Your consent to store and use Your Lawify services by contacting us via email: legal@Lawiffy.com. In such case, You will continue to use all the Lawify Services however, We will not use Your Lawify Content for our internal purposes.

7. HOW WE PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA

We take the security of Your Personal Data seriously. We take all necessary steps to help protect Personal Data including encryption techniques and authentication procedures.

If You believe that any account credentials have been compromised, please contact Us immediately at legal@Lawiffy.com.

8. HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA

We will store Your Personal Data only as long as it is required to fulfill the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy or until You ask Us to remove Your Personal Data.

We will retain Your Personal Data for no longer than three years after You decide to stop using Lawify Services. If You decide to delete Your account permanently, We will remove all Your Personal Data from our database within 30 business days.

We store anonymized data for internal analytics purposes indefinitely.

VERIFICATION AND TIMELINE

We take the privacy of Your Personal Data seriously and want to ensure that We provide only You or Your authorized agent with your Personal Data. We may verify Your identity through various methods including account login and additional documentation.

We will respond to requests as soon as practically possible after our receipt of such verifiable request. If We need additional time, We will notify You in writing.

If You disagree with any changes and do not wish Your Personal Data to be subject to it, You will need to delete Your Lawyer Account.
