Lawyer Representations and Warranties

If you are legal professional who wants to be listed on the Lawiffy connect and introduced to our users, you hereby agree to abide by the following terms:

• You represent and warrant that you are a legal professional in good standing with valid license to practice law in at least one of the regions in Cameroon.
• You guarantee that you are not subject to any claim or reprimand that would restrain your ability to practice law.
• You acknowledge that the rules of professional conduct apply to all aspects of your work.

Registration

Lawyer's Account

Your Lawyer Account gives you the possibility to list information about you and your practice areas on our Lawiffy Match. Such information will be visible to all users of Lawiffy Site.

Your Lawyer Account is non-transferable and may not be sold, combined and/or otherwise shared with any other person. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Lawyer Account.

4. Availability

Lawiffy shall have the right to deny access to and/or use of the Lawiffy Services to anyone at any time and for any reason in its sole and absolute discretion.

While we use reasonable efforts to keep the Lawiffy Services accessible, the services may be unavailable from time to time. You are fully aware that there may be interruptions due to circumstances both within our control (e.g., maintenance) and outside of our control.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your access to and/or use of the Services complies with all applicable laws.
